Default V1 LED conversion issues

I already searched and haven't found a thread related to this.

So i converted all of my interior lights except for my map lights. When i went to convert my map lights i used a led recommended off of FAQ and it wasnt the greatest. So i switched brands and in the process none of my interior lights work except the passenger floor light and its super dim.

ready go...

Have you swapped the previous ones back in. If there is no change, you blew a fuse, which would be kinda weird with an LED.

yeah they are a pain in the *** for a big guy to change too...

just weird that one light half *** works. the dimmer works for the gauges and nav as well. just the interior lights are affected

Only thing I can think of is you ripped a wire when you replaced the map lights. You can't just yank that piece down.

Hope you find a solution, lwsprtn11. Can you post pics of the results of the rest of the changeout? What are your impressions in terms of benefit for the time spent?

I have full interior LED conversion and I freakin love it. It makes the inside of the car look so damn clean. I use nothing but pure white bulbs, no ricer blue/red/purple or whatever.

technically bigassogre has a full interior LED conversion. The rest of us just replaced a few courtesy lamps.
