When I bought my car my antenna is just the lower portion that is white so it stands out real well that it is broke, so I bought a cts antenna to fix the issue. Turns out it's completely different and does envelope sit down into the whole, the fact that it has an extra wire aside. So after hunting I'm not seeing any for sale on eBay or on any websites and am afraid I'm gonna have to go through the dealership, unless somebody else knows something.

I thought our antennas are in the rear window?

Then what is on the roof? Maybe it's something else, it just made the most sense to me

I could be wrong, but on my 2004 I believe the NAV antenna is in the windshield, the XM antenna is the stubby on the roof, the AM/FM antenna is in the rear window, and the OnStar is the antenna stuck on the outside of the rear window.

I removed my OnStar antenna.

The only thing I have extranal is on top, I bought an xm (it's is stamped on the front of the base) but it won't fit onto my car

The one on the left is what I bought, the one on the right is what the car came with that looks like trash, notice the difference in wires
