Default First time to track

I was pleased with my first time to the track (Lebanon Valley). I ran 8 times my best time was 13.15 at 108.68. My mods are intake, Catback, waitformetune LS7 clutch revshift mounts and cradle bushings one g-force axle. I ran with close to 3/4 of a tank of gas. From what I have read this seems to be a pretty good time. I had 2 other runs that were 13.2X at about 107. Wheel hop was only real bad on my first run after that only a few runs got a little hop into 2nd. There where a lot of cars there to make my car look slow but it was fun. I also raced a Challenger rt and srt8 425hp version and beat them pretty good. They were running about 13.5+ 101-103

Good runs dude. You'll get used to it after a while and your times will probably fall a little further. What tires are you running?

I was running my bald Nitto Invos. I didn't do any burnouts before my runs. My 60s were all about 2.1XX.

I was launching just above 2k rpm I tried at 3 and the tires just lit up. I was probably more feathering then dumping.

I think all the times Ive done it on the street was around 2200-2300 with a slight feathering, small tire spin until I could mash it..

good to know it was similar for you as well

Very strong times for the mods! Trap speed says there is a high 12 in there!
