called out a V2
Went to Island drag way in NJ and a local V2 was running. He was running 12.5 at 117 so the **** talking began. Obviously he was stock with just a cold air intake but he said he would run me on the track or street, I said lets do a 40 roll. Anyway at the end of the night I pulled up next to him with my supercharger whining then the CAM shaking my car then all of a sudden he was worried about his teenage kids in the car, which I can respect, I have a son too but I think I had him a little worried. This feeling I wanted to share/enjoy with my V1 crew. Also got my vanity plate...1of1176.

I've also turned down "races" when it wasn't convenient. I don't smack talk though, I get beat and put a beating on others.
There was a kid who wanted to race me on the way to work and I ignored him - was busy enjoying the radio and drive and also trying to wake up, 7am. He took that as me backing down and spoke words, haha. A bit later I took a FEW bus lengths on him when it was right timing and we were both ready - it was all in fun!

/\. I hear that. I used to take racing more personally as if I had more control over the outcome than just driving, now I realize there are basically 2 outcomes: A) your car is faster than the other car or B) your car is slower. It's fun either way, and if something blows my doors off at this point, there's nothing I'd be able to do but chuckle with a huge grin on my face!

If something blows my doors off I feel excited for them If they don't act like a child before/during/after the race then I have much respect for them and they're ride.
I can't stand the cocky 16 or 18 year olds that turn a nice daily drive into a dangerous road to be on....There are a lot of stupid drivers, scary stupid.. e.g. splitting cars at 100+

Im in PA, I'd love to run a stock V2 from a dig. I have over 30 passes on my rear, at different power levels. If it breaks 8.8 time, not scared. Best stock V2 I've seen run is 12.2, last year I put down a 12.4 at 118 with 2.0 60ft, before my cam. So ill take ur offer. Cole didnt you blow your **** up?
