Default p0174 after headers

I am getting a p0174 on bank 2 after having headers on for two weeks. Can it be related? The tuner said it shouldn't be the tune since it is only on one bank. Thing is the code cleared itself after three start cycles. That was a day ago. I don't know what to do next.

btw they are ps with new stock gaskets. High flow cats. Car made 380hp 360tq on a land sea dyno.

Other question is for us who have removed the use of the rear o2 did you leave the actual sensor in the harnesses clipped on? I am wondering if because mine are not on the car but the locations that they clip into are exposed to water should i put them back on and route them safely?

Thanks for any help

I tucked the rear O2 connectors above the trans. Not too worried about water there.

Did you do any other work when you did the headers ? Do you have any way to log the car ? HPT or EFI live ?

I can only log using an sect tuner. It spits Thule file out onto an excel file. Thing is I have only been able to log with the cel off. So far it hasn't repeated the same code yet. I'm sure it will though. I'm new to reading these files though.

My rear O2's were tuned out because I'm running hi-flow cats. The bungs are capped with bolts. I sealed up the electrical connectors and tucked them up above the trans.

Mine don't have the second bung location so I'm good on that. I'm wonder if since my connectors are not sealed if water got in it and tripped the code. Can they still trip a code if they have been tuned to be off?

Sounds like its the tune, tbh.
I had that code when I first installed headers without cats with no tune. After the tune, everything was perfect, no codes.

I'll do my due diligence then go back. I'm thinking tune also but want to be sure before going back. Still appreciate your input.
