Question small oil leak

I have a 2006 CTS-V I have a really small oil leak that is coming from the oil i pan i think( i have not been able to put a car on a lift to fully get a better view) i was wondering if there any other possible causes for a small oil leak? should i be looking at other possible areas aside from the the oil pan etc.. any insight would be helpful

Thanks

I've heard of these cars randomly developing oil leaks at the pan gasket. If that's the case, that sucks because dropping the pan is a lot of work.

the area of where rear main cover sits on oil pan seem to leak.. I would not mess with rear main seal if it is not leaking.
