You are going to have to add some units to those numbers....either mm or in...doesn't look good.

I have never heard of brg coatings that are designed to wear off. They are designed to stay on.

Clearances are in inches, and yes the silly coatin on them bearings does wear off. Dry starts, those starts after an oil change, etc...

25 thousandths - holy molasses oil........

but if 0.0025" then sounds good.

If coating is 0.001" then total would be 0.0035".

Better run some thick oil.

You are right 0.0025

The coating is only 0.0005 thick so after it rubs off i will be at 0.003 which is still fine...

I will be runnin 5w50 due to the heat

Great build. I would love to see some better pics of your hood. I was thinking of putting some heat extractors in my hood to get the extra turbo heat out.

Made some custom m10x1.5 to m8x1.25 studs for the knock sensors.

Looks like it originally came with the engine, and its made from Ti so its there to last...

RPS is the only clutch that works for me. I blew up two LS9's. The ZR1 weighs a ton less. You'll be replacing that LS9 with an RPS sooner or later.
