Cool Guage Sweep

This is a lil stupid but does anyone know if you can get the gauges to sweep when you turn the car on? I always thought that was a cool feature and one would think it would be something that was on the CTS V's anyway but I was just wondering..thanks.

I believe it would require a small capacitor to power them over.....
