Default Rednecks with welders

I like a good junkyard, always have. Never know what you'll find.

Went looking for the latest CTS they had on inventory so I could do a little exploratory surgery in advance of my clutch master install and stumbled onto this little jewel....

That my friends is a Cadillac 472-501 with an Eldorado Turbo 400 variant in the back of a Fiero....love it.

Not a chance in hell I would have left without that! Unless its totally demolished, the fun you could have in it for a couple hundred bucks is priceless!

Now, why are you looking at CTS' if you're doing a clutch master install?

Unfortunately, they won't sell cars out of the junkyard in SC...it actually had axles and everything...

As far as the cts goes, If I know I'm going to be working on mine and I'm digging into something I haven't been into before, I'll go to the junkyard and tear into one to see how its built and grab a few extra bolts in the process just to see what i'm getting into...

The big block kits itself for the fiero (if it has the kit in it) is worth $1500. My neighbor had a fleet of those damn things. And he bought the 400 kit for one,i think he said axles and all were $2200 he Never finished it.
