Looking to start monday coming up guys :-) getting closer. We are not going to cut the frame, at most the front radiator support will be cut but thats about the max. Once it is sand blasted and sealed and primed the front firewall will look brand new. I might have another pic or two of another one he did.

Maybe I spoke to soon...the Subaru looks nice...my apologies.
I've had customers that have had bad experiences with salvage flippers because they didn't know any better...hopefully you and the rest of the community can appreciate this...
My biggest concern with the wagon is the roof seam. It was seam sealed from the factory BETWEEN the roof and body side outers as it was going together not just seam sealed from the top. I have no idea how well this stuff holds up to heat but I had a hard time with a windshield leak that was eventually traced back to gaps in the roof seam seal...eventually we sealed it from the top but I have no way of knowing how well it held up as I never saw the car again.
My V also has a decent amount of foam applied in the frame rails and firewall which was sure to have melted out, isn't going to be easy to duplicate and was certainly there for a reason. Will it be missed if you don't get it all? Who knows.....
Please take this as constructive criticism not an attack because contrary to what some people think and what my initial bad attitude displayed, I actually do know what I'm talking about.
Good Luck!

I'm just really surprised, i've been a fireman for 20 years, and of all the engine car fires i've seen, the front metal is so weakend by the heat, i can't imagine those strut towers are still strong enough to keep the car rigid and safe. Again i'm intrigued

So many with very good success (2 are daily drivers for going on 2 years already).
I'm not a metal scientist but can say that the frame of all our burn cars have never had a weakening issue or brittle issue as well. On an engine burn the engine takes the primary damage. The frame itself and firewall gets discolored and rusted from the extenguishing of tje fire but I'm confident that the integrity of the frame is not compromised.
