181k on mine.
It has been a pretty good car, I have the complete service history.
-140k it needed an Alternator and new wires to the battery. Motor mounts.
-150k Diff bushing.
-170k terrible and unusual electrical problem. It was only complicated further by more knowledgeable people incorrectly diagnosing it. Ultimately I resolved the issue myself by soldering new wires from the ECU to the sensors which were glitching. (Camshaft position sensor and Engine coolant temp sensor). There were some other issues tied in here as well, all resolved with the wiring replacement.
-170k water getting into a rear backup light. Took it apart and sealed properly
-175k Tie Rods (passer side very worn).
-180k a rear brake line rotted through, it is my current headache.
I just bought a new Radiator/pump/hoses/thermostat from RockAuto and will be preemptively servicing the original cooling system.
I would like to hit 300,000 miles with this car.
Some issues I ignore/deal with:
-shaking on shutdown (assuming it's the dual mass flywheel and the poly mounts).
-headlight flicker on one side (only a random cold weather issue)
-random rough idle after a cold start and immediate movement.
-slower clutch pedal return in freezing weather when the car is cold (makes smooth shifting easier.)
-doors are holding water, I have to open them up after it rains and run my hand around the door seals where I find a slick grey build up. I've cleaned out the drain holes before but the problem has returned this winter. I am considering taking the door panels off and thoroughly cleaning inside the door bottoms. The build up is probably from car care products.

It reminds me of my old Caprice. Though I rarely use mine, it only holds the car from rolling backwards. Another problem I ignore.

Bought with 100k. I have replaced:
* radiator
* thermostat
* alternator
* power steering pump
* motor mounts, trans mount, diff bushing, cradle bushings
* swaybar endlinks
* tires
* pads and rotors
* armrest
* driveshaft carrier bushing/bearing
* clutch, flywheel, slave
* Idler and tensioner pulley, belt
* battery
* gas cap
I still need to replace:
* BCM
* Fuel filter
I tend to replace things that aren't broken though, so ...

Bought my 06 in early 08 with 19k miles. Almost 7 years, now has 135k- daily driver.
Issues:
Windshield wiper stays on - replaced motor sensor
Check Engine light on - replaced clutch sensor
Rattle in front end - replaced swaybar bushings
AC not cold - replaced one of the condensor lines.
Fuel Pump died at 125k - replaced pump
Notchy steering - replaced power steering pump at 130k.
Drive line clunk - replaced diff bushing at 130k. Big improvement.
Maintenance:
LS7 clutch, motor mounts, trans mount, plugs/wires/belts, battery, tires and brakes.

I've had that happen to me before too... driver's door though. VERY frustrating when you're F'n with a door that wont close in -20 degree windchills...

You can always go OEM, but it'll be pricey.

The only problem I have had so far were the rear interior panels sagging. Other than that the car has been great. It wasn't starting the other day, but it eventually did. Still not sure what caused that, but so far no real issues. Mine only has 32k on it though, so I am sure eventually I might run into some of the issues you guys talk about.

Only issues I've had that weren't due to mod hell were a rattling sunroof, bad motor mounts and a bad diff bushing. Problems I've caused... that's a different issue: electrical short at the starter, high fuel pressure due to a collapsed fuel return line in the tank & brake juddering b/c of improper bedding come to mind.

I called the dealer, explained that the part numbers were the same, they looked it up, confirmed it and said because my vin isn't included in a recall, that they wouldn't do anything. I really didn't expect them to, nor do I really care. I'd rather have the stainless lines anyways.
