That is good news but just as baffling as my issue. Hopefully it is just your sensor.

Its not the sensor. Next step is battery and some really in depth harness troubleshooting.

Just to provide closure, the battery was the issue. Replaced with a new 101 series Duralast. Fired right up.

i have been battling what was an intermitant start issue that has now become permanent. i searching through threads i have screwwed with the CPS, grounds, fuses, relays, i have had eyes on the starter. i am not saying that any of this is still not possible but i want to try and jump the conections mentioned in this thread.

issue is the image is so damn blury i cant see what is 30 and what is 87. can anyone help a brotha out. thanks!!!

edit. i am realizing now that those are pin out numbers not something on the diagram. but thanks for the pic its going to help big time.

Or just go diagonal from 30 to 87.

Just to clarify, 36 & 87 are just the numbers on the relay legs correct?

Sorry, meant to say 30/87 and yes, they are the numbers on the relay legs. As the diagram above shows power post to 87, you can do the same with a small jumper wire across diagonally to 30. Either way works.

Well I tried running a jumper wire in both methods above. No difference at cranking.

I did noticed the fuel pump running but I bet it was before I tried the jumper wires (maybe I just didn't notice).
