I have a quick question is it possible to run the LS9 factory clutch and flywheel on a 2005 LS6 V ? I know that I need the billet spacer in order for it to work but the guys selling the kit on eBay said the flywheel is a 9 Bolt not 6 so I was curious its a complete brand new kit off a LS9 crate engine.. So was wondering befoee it sells that is would work or not. Thanks guys

You need a custom flywheel for it to work on our cars. Katech used to sell those flywheels. I have the twin disc in my car it's awesome.

Katech still sells the flywheel, for the whopping price of $800.

I have a LS9 with the katech flywheel. Excellent setup. By far one of the best feeling clutch/flywheel combos I have ever used. I also upgraded to the tilton master when I did the install.

LS6 slave
Tilton master cylinder
Tick remote bleeder

As far as eBay goes... Buy it, and then find a katech fly used, if possible. I got my flywheel used, and got my clutch new off ebay for $200.
