Default Tuning guys, take a peek at this?

Could someone with HPTuners do me a favor and give the attached HPT and HPL a once over? I wasn't getting LTFTs so I had to re-flash to stock and basically start over. I also downsized from 60lb injectors to 42lb.

My car = 05v, stock displacement, TrickFlow 220 heads, Comp Cam 229/239 111+3, FAST 102, LS2 90mm TB, return-style fuel system (58psi), Walboro 255 pump, 42lb DeatschWerks injectors.

Any hints/tips are appreciated. I'm still tweaking VE based on LTFTs and then I'll probably move to STFT tuning of the VE table.

Thanks!

Your PE needs a lot of work. If you had trouble with your LTFT's I can almost assure you it was b/c you were always in PE, depending on how you drive. When you're in PE, your LTFT's zero out like they're inoperative. Since you are N/A, ramp the enrichment in slowly (2.5 enrichment factor max, not 4.0) to 12.9 at the torque peak and lean it out to 13.3 for peak HP.

You don't need PE at 1200 RPM. And you don't need PE to be active at 15 KPA with zero RPM delay (I'd set it to 75 KPA), which I believe is what was getting you into trouble.

Also just a quick look, but it doesn't appear as though your VE and MAF correlate, from my own experience. Your MAF may be a bit off, although I suspect you'd be much better of tuning with a wideband rather than using fuel trims.

Your injector data is way off, too. Start with the correct injector data. Nothing will be correct if you do not start with the correct injector data. Injectors flow more into manifold vacuum so your readings should not be static unless you have a vacuum regulator.

thanks for the notes - one thing: my FPR is referenced to vacuum, so from what I read, I think having a flat fuel line is appropriate

Yep. You're correct. Disregard the injector data note.
