Scared the hell out of me, thought it blew up.
1 7/8 headers, dual 3 inch exhaust with X-pipe, Arraid intake, 2.55 pulley and tuned by Slowhawk 540wrhp.
Merged on the highway at WOT , still holding it and heard a loud boom . Car bodged down, I looked at the dash for a check engine or service light and found none. At that point i saw the temperature outside was 59 degrees, and figured the tires lost traction. Car is running OK, but that was a very loud bang, like slamming into gears.

Not in Texas so guess armadillo is out. Not small child. Think people would have noticed one missing by now? Does correct guess win a prize? The anticipation is killing me!

1. Ran over something
2. Shocks bottomed out (as they have leaked and are dead)
4. The seat Farted
5. you heard the noise, then realized that you meant Bogged down rather than Bodged Down. You then saw something flat in the rear view mirror, perhaps it was that door you built the other night bodged together from old wood planks.

Could be from too much fuel and you bounced off the rev limiter.
What was your afr on the dyno?
The problem with dynos are they are inconsistent. You have dynojet and mustang dynos. The dynojet doesnt load the engine and thus doesnt give you accurate afr at speed/load. The mustang could be calibrated incorrectly where its either giving too much load or not enough...

Dynojet makes a model 224xLC. this is an eddy current load controlled. or same as most common mustang eddy current dynos.
DYNOS are NOT inconsistent. Operators / Shops are! and to elaborate on what you mention...
Dyno is an expensive precision piece of equipment where many operators have no clue how to operate or maintain. The weather stations are neglected, they dont understand what all the three little letter CFs are (e.g. DIN, STD, SAE,etc), and how they should be applied. The drums are never maintained. etc. This is why there is such drastic 'all over the place' numbers. A very common mistake is Turbo wastegate controlled cars and operators apply a CF when they shouldn't .. falsely inflating the numbers.
