its a lot of plastic clips, I dont remember if it has any bolts or not, its been a while since i did mine. It may be possible to do with the bumper on but it will be much easier to remove it, thats what I did.

BTW what are you doing with the grille, powder coating/polishing???

You moddn' the front grill?

The top one is easy, remove the top push pins and you can pull it out with slight bending.
