I just read this on a local site...
Wow ... Unreal. I never actually got to meet Dave but Mike (MityMikec)always spoke highly of him. I know he had had many health issues leading up to this and the guy had to have been a trooper to not only deal with his multiple health issues but to also own and operate his own business and still be concerned that his customers were being satified and ataken care of during his last hospital stay.
R.I.P Dave ...take care

Dave was a terrific guy and a good friend to me. He helped me with my car on countless occasions and was always willing to give me advice and assistance. We also spoke about our other passion - music. Dave was an awesome guitarist as well as a master engine builder. Those of you who knew him knew that he also had a great sense of humour and a heart of gold. I will miss the mischievious twinkle in his eye and his unique laugh. He will be sorely missed. My prayers and best wishes go out to Suzie and the rest of Dave's family at this sad time.
Rock on, Brother.

Hey guys,
I would like to put something together just to give him one last cruise..I think the rumble from all the cars and motors he had is blood sweat and tears in over the years leaving his shop and carrying his spirit on one final cruise would make him smile.. He is a fallen soldier of the F-body world.. lets carry him home
A bunch of us will be meeting at his shop in Pickering on Thursday evening around 5.30-6 pm and driving up to the viewing, all are welcome
