Default Knock sensor?

I am running a carb setup, do I need to maintain the knock sensor plug setup below the intake manifold?

make your own cover. Its easy. trace out your gasket a little bigger on a piece of aluminum.

Also, if you want to wait for a long time you can order one from edelbrock. There is a guy on here that makes them for about the same price as edelbrock sells them for.

You might consider a cover from an LS2-3 or LS6 motor. They have the "ls6" syle PCV baffles which are suppose to be slightly better than the oil sucking LS1 PCV setup.
