Default Autometer Fuel gauge

Have a 6010 MSD and all Autometer gauges and the fuel gauge pegs out. Any ideas?? 2006 GMC Sierra Supposed to work with 90 ohm sender which GM's is. and ground is good. All other gauges work fine. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Nice Panel!

Start by using a VOM to check the resistance between the fuel level wire and ground. Let us know what you get...

Thanks , will check that as soon as engine is back in pickup and there is a battery hooked up. Had to install all new gauges when I deleted the computer. Also had to install different fuel pump for the carb.So we replumbed the fuel tank and took out the factory EFI fuel pump, leaving the sender in tank. Autometer says this gauge will work off the 90 ohm factory sender.
