i'd have a super vic on there as well for that combo, and try out a HVH spacer as well at the track, it picked up for me, might do the same for you if you can clear it under your hood. It is a tall combo.

both the 1" and the 2" HVH super sucker picked up mph, right now I'm running an air filter on the car while cruising it so I have the 1" on there. Sold the 2" to mw66nova who also picked up mph with the 2" from nothing at all.

I have a 1" wood spacer I will try out. I also will be running a filter, probably a 5-6" tall filter. What ever fits

doubt a wood spacer would do a thing compared to the HVH spacer.

An HVH may be better but I will still be trying what I have. I may even use the 1" I have and a 1" HVH , never know until you test it.

The wood spacer will help a tiny bit , the hvh is the best carb space around.

I sell the HVHs. A two 2" on my Gen 1 SBC picked up 18hp on the dyno! Needed some tweaks to airbleeds but it was worth it!
