Default Plugs for a LQ4!!

I have a LQ4 stock heads spray some NOS not all the time....

What # spark plugs should I run and set the gap at???

Br7ef from NGK is what I used for my 150 shot on my cammed lq4, took the kit off and still run the same plugs with no issue.

Thats 2 steps colder than stock and has a non-projected tip.
