Default 10.86

Well I pull my lq4 out because I found metal shavings in my oil filter. I put my heads and cam on a 2004 ls1 shortblock I had so the car would not be just sitting and it went faster with it. 10.86 @124.8. Lq4 went 10.95

Definitely wasn't the air cause it was at 1600 last night and we had a 15 MPH head wind. I figured it was the weight and comp.but what ever it still a blast to go 10s with a old stock motor you throw a cam in.

I wouldn't have expected that. Pretty cool though.

Different combos work stronger, but you are usin a ligter block in a lighter car. That is where weight matters, shave 75 pounds off a 4000 pound ride and then do the same for a 3000 pound car, it counts for more. Unless you are running single digits, then the gains start to be less noticeable.

Either way, great work man, see how much faster she will go, tune away and make adjustments.
