Default 91 s10

91 s10 I'm picking away at. Where I'm at right now. Need to step up my return line and figure out my headlight switch wiring which is killing me. 5.3/th350 cam and headers and 3600 stall. Got some welds sitting on the side waiting for it.

Your fuel system at the tank is very nicely done. I am not a fan of the aluminum line I think I see running through the chassis, but nice work.

Oh yeah oil filter, didn't have access to fittings over the weekend so just used some hydraulic fittings that were to short. And the fram will be gone this week. But how are you guys putting mechanical water temp gauges on these? Is there an adaptor I need to buy? Thanks for the comments not a huge poster on the forum but lots of lurking and research.

Mine are 1 5/8, I bought the complete kit new but second hand. I'm having a battle with the steering shaft even with their mount kit.

i had to move my steering column down about 3/4". it got easier when i figured out to take the collector off and then hammer it on with a block of wood once all the pipes were in place. the ceramic coating made it a pain in the *** to slide the collector on and off but i got it. check out the vids i posted in the carb and conversion section.

Is that a 10 micron Jegs filter on the inlet to the pump? A good bit finer than you need on a pump inlet, but the way you have everything arranged it should work well.

As for mechanical temp sensors there are multiple active threads talking about that. You need to build your own adapter, either in a radiator hose, by tapping into the water pump or by drilling and tapping the block heater plug. Sort of hard to fit the large mechanical senders.

Well truck wouldnt move, although the drivetrain drove in on it's own. Checked line pressure it was good. Talked to a few local shops and a buddy over it. Decided to tackle my first tranny rebuild at that point. Started on Friday. Had it in sat morning with failure. Checked line pressure and had nothing. Swapped pumps with a parts tranny I had still nothing. So off came the pan, find out the culprit was a few loose bolts on the valve body. Now I'm back in action. Just gotta find the right universal joints for the steering shaft.

Won't lie I downloaded a episode of muscle car on my iPad and surfed some YouTube for how-to's. My current issue is fowling the plugs within 5 minutes. So gonna add some grounds and pick-up a USB-serial cord and get that in check before I ask to many questions. Most f my stuff is second hand, so no manuals or specs for me
