You drilled a hole? I'm still not sure how I will mount one but that looks like a stock truck MAP right? Or somewhere along that line?

My brother gave me a piece of chrome sheet metal, think it was a valve cover wire separator piece. Drilled a hole on both ends, stuck a piece of tubing on it. Its under the carb bolt
Wrinkle black intakes FTW!!!

here are more pictures... i started the hole with a small pilot hole.. used calipers and measured the outside diameter of the orange grommet..a 3/8 drill bit was the ticket. the map sensor fits nice and snug without ripping the orange grommet.

I'm looking for a MAP sensor right now. I found one for the Gen III's (I am running a 2007 LM7). How do I know if it is the correct one? The part number I am coming up with is 12614970. Looks a tad different than the one in your photos.

use the part number listed on my map sensor above.. my motor came from a 2002 1500 sierra and i saw and heard it run before the motor was pulled so i know it works

I'm usind a map sensor off a v6. Pretty much if the plug matches it is a go. Pick and pulls give them away
