Default Holley blue

Stock foxbody tank with holley blue pump how do I make this work a lot of guys are telling me I need a fuel cell?

Replace the in tank pump with 3/8 fuel line. Mount the Holley below the bottom fuel tanks lowest level. It is a pusher not a puller.

Ok ima put an3/8 line with a lil screen in it but it will suck it trhu the top without a problem? Till atleast later down the road fuel cell comes in

HOLCOMB motorsports sell a adapter that fits in place of the pump assembly. has a "an" feed and return line hookup on top. i have used it with holley pumps....blue and black ones. works great and looks factory. cost about 100$

It will pull done once it starts to get to pushing. Don't worry about a screen unless you have something that large that can block a 3/8 line. Otherwise a pre pump filter is what we all use.

It came with a regulator do I need a return bypass? Or I don't need to mess with none off that anymore

Yes, this will work fine. Just block off one of the ports on the regulator cause you dont need a return.
