Default Pushrod lenght

So I checked my pushrods today and I measured 7.350 it's a 5.3 243 heads 62cc with a 216/220 579/581 114 it has ls7 lifters what preload should I set

If you measured correct then a 7.400 pushrod would be perfect.

I run .080 preload on my ls7 lifters. Silent.

Well right at 7.350 the rocker has no movement up or down and I didn't tighten it down just a lil snug

Sounds right to me. 7.400 should be right on.
