Default Jet size recommendation

So I had a carb given to me for my 5.3l race build it's a 750 dp

Engine has a torquey v2 cam
Single plane intake

Carb currently has size 72 jets in it

Haven't started it yet
What size do you guys think I should go to or should I run it with these and re adjust accordingly

Id start with those and adjust. Nobody will know for sure but tuning the carb is alot more than just jet changes.

Race build?
