Default Who has been to LS FEST??

I am seriously thinking of going this year may not take any of my toys but really would like to see what the buzz is about. Any input like if it's worth an 18 hr drive and how's the swap meet been and just an overall how was your experience would be awesome. It lands right on my birthday this year so just was thinking of something to do to get the heck out of here and this sounds fun just want to know if it's worth the trip.

You should go at least once to check it out. Awesome racing and you can sit in shaded stands to spectate.
Swap meet action sucks. But car show gets better every year. I seen some amazing LS swapped vehicles.
Cool drifting to watch. The vendor midway is top notch.
Holley is out in full force with all there products and demo vehicles to show off. And they are the primary sponsor of the event.

You should do it at least once! If you don't like it, don't come back...

Just looked up information on it. My local track is scheduled for a county fair that weekend. Unless something comes up, I am going.

Sept 4-7.

Its great. Something for everyone. LOTS AND LOTS of cool stuff to look at, and Beech Bend is a great facility.

There's a small amusement park right by the track…so you can bring the kids.

Were heading down early with the kids to hit the mammoth caves, horseback riding, and the corvette museum. Heading out in a couple of hours. Looking forward to it. Eric L

I went for the first time this year and it was a pretty good event. Got to meet a few people that ive talked to online. The people at the track were super nice.

The heat was pretty bad. The car ran very consistant in the heat of Friday and Saturday, but than the milder weather of sunday caused me and about 100 others to break out, lol. I had a good time. Eric L
