Default 5.3 into 11's

Would a 5.3 with intake, carb, longtubes, cam and decent stall in a th350 push low 11's in a fox body? Goal is low 11's on motor. If not ill go 6.0. 3.73 gears in the built 8.8

Low 11s? Of it is light enough and everything is working together, yes.

Otherwise, my 6 liter with a trex should have been good for 10.80s all motor with 3.73s and a converter that was too tight at 3060lbs with my *** in the seat. New converter and gearing, Trans, ect, so I'll see how it does with the new set up.

I have a dyno thread on here about my 5.3 na... do the math and figure it out.

got a buddy with a 2800lbs s10 that runs 11.0's. cam only carbed 5.3.

my Carbed 5.3, tr220, performer rpm, th350 and 4.10's pushed my 2950 raceweight s10 to 11.85's with awfull 60 foots. You can do it

My 93 s10 with 3.08 gears, mini-spool, 4000 stall nitrous converter, turbo 350 manual valve body, 125 nitrous perimeter plate, and a STOCK 5.3 (stock 862 heads, stock cam, S-10 1 5/8 conversion headers, victor jr single plane and flowsound mufflers on straight pipe exhaust) with 750 holley double pumper made it to 7.44 in the 1/8th with a 475 pound driver.

Like zone said, the right combo, and not blowing the tires off the car should be really easy for you to make your target. if you get close, toss a whiff of nitrous on it and hit it about mid track, watch your MPH go way up and have fun.

The car in my signature runs 11.-11.1 on motor. Very pleased with 5.3 swap
