Default torquer v2 with carb?

Do you guys think I'll have any issues running a tq v2 cam from Texas speed with a holley single plane intake and proform 750 carb? I'll also be upgrading Springs and push rods. Stock 862 heads And have 4th Gen pacesetter longtubes. Using a hughes performance th350 with a 2800 stall. All going in a 66 el camino. Also can anyone recommend a rear end gear? Car will be a street car that will see the track a couple times running a 26" tall tire.

I do not have experience with it yet but Texas Speed spec'd me a V2 on a 108 LSA for my car.
Info: 3000 lb, manual, 5.3 L, Stg 2.5 PRC heads, not daily driven

For what thats worth
