Took the truck to SGMP last night to get some runs in and play with timing. It was stupid hot and humid DA around 2500. Tried timing from 28-33 and it liked 32 the best. I really want to focus on trying to get some weight off this truck this winter. I'll have my nitrous hooked up next time as well so I can have that to play with!

Did you let off before the line?

No I didn't. I think it should trap more but it may just be the weight and the horrible aerodynamics of the truck that I'm fighting

I think 21-22 MPH is fine for that ET, and aero.

Cool, I was just comparing one of my slips with yours. You were faster to the 1/8 and then slower to the 1/4. My car is about 3000 lbs and makes 400 to the wheels My et was .1 faster with a 6 mph difference on the top end. I would guess my converter being tight is why it is so slow to the 1/8. Nice run can't wait to see the nitrous numbers!

Yeh my converter is a little tight ( spec'd for nitrous) so maybe when I hit it with the spray it will really wake up!
