Default cam degree kit

going to buy this cam degree kit from summit what you guys think

I need to learn to do this myself,, also any good places on forum, here to look at, need to check ptv and going to flycut too..

I need to find the problem with my car its to slow for the weight it is,, don't know if cam, converter to loose or what,, ive gota pull trans for a fix think ill tighten verter up some.

Have you done any calculations for converter slip or such ?

Tried a dyno ?

I've been fighting this also, and talking to SpeedTiger about his findings playing with adv/ret of the cam and he said it was worth a tenth or two (to the best of my memory.... and he was 10.8's at that time ?)

no not yet,, I took the tach out of my car all I have is the led readout for shifter. all I know leaving at 2900 if I have shifter to shift at 5400, it will shift about 50ft out. I'm just thinking to change to this other cam I had mad long ago,, but gota flycut pistons ,much bigger
