Default Car stumbles

When my car gets up to operating temperature,it want's to stutter as if it was misfiring. It does it when it's cold also, but is worse after the car warms up.Some times it gets to the point I think the car is going to stop. After I get up to 45+mph it stops.I'm not showing a check engine light and my scanner isn't showing any codes. The opti, plugs and wires were replaced a year or so ago.Any ideas as to where to start looking? Thanks

Just wanted to give an update.Been out of town til today and started the car.It wanted to stumble ,usually didn't do it when it's cold.Going up a hill really makes it want to stumble.Checked the injectors again and the two rear ones on the drivers side don't seem to click or pulse and strong as the others.Could it be that easy?

I doubt injectors is your issue. If you have headers, take a straw when the car is running and drip some water on the headers to see if the suspected cylinders sizzle the water. Or if you access to a laser thermometer...you can measure the heat out of each to see if they are heating up in the same range.
Check all your basics, but I'm betting it's your opti.
