Security Issue?

Security Issue? I'm having a problem with this security thing. The security light stays on 24/7 all the freaking time, except when I get out with the keys. Also the little red LED light up in the dash never comes on. What could be my problem?
Nothing is happening to the car, its just the its really annoying to me
. I'm not real good with electrical things either, so can anyone point me in the right direction?
I can't get this keyless entry to work either.
