Default Exhaust question...mine is too damn quiet

Well, I have been searching the web for a used set of LMs. Everyone I have come across is not interested in shipping to Hawaii...not sure what the big deal is, it isn't like they are personally hand carrying the damn pipes.

So, I was curious, what would a basically stock Z28 sound like with the muffler off? If I just had a pipe installed in the place of the muffler.

I am interested in your thoughts. Maybe clips.

Thanks,

Micah

I doesn't sound bad. Similar to a cut out. A friend of a friend cut his exhaust at the end of the I-pipe....

just cut the cats off and keep the muffler. it will sound pretty good, not to mention the extra 5hp you will get.

Here's mine with nothing but the muffler hacked off. I thought it sounded damn good considering all it costs was a sawzall blade.

Ignore the laugh -_-
