How bad is it hitting? You can always realign your parts Any other parts starting to rub or look misaligned?

Check 2 things:

1) The fender mounting tab below under the car. Make sure it didn't get bent out of whack. Common thing that happens when people jack up the car without paying attention.

2) Open the door and look in the space where the hinges are. Near the top is a bolt that holds the middle portion of the fender. You can loosen it and adjust the fender that way as well.

You can adjust the door or front fender. You can always bring it to a body shop if you can't do it yourself.
