Looking at 99 Z28 for $4,400 156k miles Local used car lot here has 99 z28 for 4,400 with 156k miles he had it listed for 5k now its down to 4.4k probably could get it for 4k. It looks stock except the exhaust tips.

If it were local to me, I would offer $4K for it and have a 2nd car for the wife. I have plenty of spare go fast parts for it. I would buy a forged shortblock from TSP for it though.
