Air Lid, Intake Manifold, gears, stall, full exhaust, drag radials, Nitrous, Wieght reduction, etc....
Lots of stuff will get you into the 12's. If you want high 12's it won't take much. If your looking for low 12's you'll be adding a few more Items.
My stock 98 Z with ONLY pacestter Longtube headers and TSP 3" True Duals and bald nitto drag radials went 12.99 at 109 mph. That was with a 2.xx 60' time and a 2.73 gear in the rearend.

Do a search, there are plenty of bone stock down to the air filter & tires that have ran 12.8's.
There are even bolt on cars in the 11's, with weight reduction & suspention set up right.

Try searching and you'll see. Also look in the 12 second and 11 second club section and there is usually good threads in there that will lead you in the right direction...
