Default My water pump pulley is wobbling? Help!

I recently changed my drive belt, swapped in a 160 t-stat, and put a new tensioner pulley on my 02 Camaro SS. The Main middle pulley, I think it is the water pump pulley, is making a grinding noise and it's wobbling like it is unbalanced. I took the drive belt off today and found that the large black water pump pulley is also very loose! What do I need to do at this point? New WP? Replace a seal or bearing? This is only my second post ever on a forum so I apologize if I was too detailed or lengthy on my question! I really need some advice, I feel like I have replaced every damn part on this car lately

get a new water pump. no way to repair it. also make sure if the wp does/does not come with gaskets. make sure you have the aluminum gaskets.
