What cam to chose?

Default What cam to chose?

I was hoping some one can help me with picking a cam for my 2000 camaro ss with just a cat back exhaust,slp intake and slp mass air flow sensor I don't really know that much about internals I do know I want that loping-poping sound at idle Thank You

6 speed or auto, is this a daily driver, or a fun weekend car? lots of options out there, need more info on what you are looking for, plan on at least 800 bones for your cam swap when its all said and done, and thats if you do the work.

headers recommended, i think most would agree. check out the stickies on cam selecting or msg a futral or texas speed. there has been so many "what cam for me" threads not many ppl reply to these anymore.

I'm running a si5v2 from speed inc. long tube headers and all the other usual stuff. It sounds great and the only issue i have at the moment is traction. cam specs 231/237 .618/.607 112+4 lsa so far i love it.
