Default 87 Iroc Build

So I have my '87 I roc gutted and cagged finally and once I sell My CTS-V I will be able to spend some real money on my baby. I'mm looking to get in the mid to low 10's while maintaing streetability. Here's my plan, let me know where the flaws are and if anyone has done anything better or cheaper.

LS2 and T-56 trans out of a GTO or vette - around 4,500.00

Steep gears in the rear around 4:50's, maybe a little steeper. I'm going to get the moser kit from summit that is the entire bolt in rear with axles, diff housing. - $3,000.00

Twin turbo's and meth. Here's where I'm at a loss for pricing and a direction to look in. I see kits on e bay for $1,000.00 but that seems a little sketchy, any in put?

Let me know what you guys think and if anyone has already been down this road.

get on thirdgen.org and check out some builds over there. you're going to need a rebuild on that t56 to beef it up if you twin-turbo your engine...and if you really are going turbo, i would recommend a 4l80e automatic instead. also if you're planning a boosted engine, go for an iron block(LQ4/LQ9), they are stronger...and cheaper than an LS2.
