I have checked the solenoid. wont go into reverse. solenoid clicks and then you can push it in very easy. b4 click it doesnt move. all other gears are fine.any help would be appreciated.thanks could the skip shift solenoid do this? chuck

I guess I'm a little confused. The reverse lockout is easily over ridden with a firm shift to the far right.

Is your speedo working correctly?

this is my 1st camero. the problem is it dont go in reverse. i think it goes in on the shift. i hear a little noise when i let the clutch out similar to a throw out bearing noise but it isnt very loud. thanks for reply.
