I just inherited a 1985 (SC)(101,000 miles) AND a 1991 (RS)(40,000 miles) They belonged to my parents. They both have 305's LG4 and LO3 respectively.The only engines I have ever played with are big block 396 and 454's. My question is... Is there are way to stroke these engines or build them up to get at least 325RWHP and 320 ftlbs torque?

possible yes most people just swap them for 350's bore them out h/c/i either way welcome and post pics

LS1 swaps! Getting cheaper and easier and i think factory build LS1 is more reliable from my personal experiences with modded sbc... Bolt on LS1s tuned make 350+ whp and more wtq than whp. look at my signature.

I had a 91 years ago and I wish I still had it so I could swap an LS engine into it. That car handled like a go cart but had power like a slug......
