Default having temp problems any suggestions

I'm running a 305 bored 60 over new radiator water pump and everything I can't seem to keep it cool I've tried various electric fans an I am now using a clutch fan it seems to work a little better but still running way to hot even with the thermostat out I was thinking a bigger radiator any suggestions to what I should do I'm new to this

with no thermo and a fan on constantly you obvious have a major issue

Verify the water pump is working correctly and that it is spinning the correct direction

Put a pressure tester on it and see if its leaking into the chambers (head gasket issues)

If all checks out then you have a flow restriction somewhere, could be as simple as a clogged radiator or a blocked passage on the heads/intake from an improper gasket alignment or incorrect gasket
