Default Advice please

Was driving about 30mph in 4th gear then when I had to stop I couldn't get it out of 4th gear so I had to rev it a lot to move it out of traffic. I kept shaking it and it popped out then started to work like nothing happened then I was driving the next day and it happened again but this time 4th didn't work it got stuck so I got it and drove it a couple days skipping 4th gear then 3rd gear did the same so I parked it and the next day checked it out and now when I release the clutch in neutral It makes a sounds I push the clutch in and it goes away
What could it be?

I'm going to assume you have a hydraulic clutch, but sounds to me like your clutch release needs some adjustment.

Last night I started the car after a few days being parked the loud sound when I release the clutch is gone but I still haven't drove it

You don't really. You just have to pull it out.
