Default 2000 SS, strange noise, can anyone distinguish?

Can anyone tell me what that noise is? It sounds like it's coming from a pulley, but I can't quite hear exactly where it's coming from either. I just hope it's not a rod knock.

Hard to say from a video...but I'd lean towards a lifter tapping

UPDATE: I went to start the car again and the noise retains, but it changes sound when I turn on my AC. The chirping gets quieter. However, I sprayed WD40 on the tensioner pulleys for the main belt and AC belt, and now the chirping is even squeakier and louder. I think it's my tensioners. I did spin them when I had my belts off to see if it has drag, but they all spin freely and not-so smoothly.

I got it fixed guys, did it 2 days ago. I presumed it was the pulley, so I went ahead and replaced the pulley for the tensioner (the one on it was not spinning smoothly and felt like bearings were bad). However, it still did not fix it. So I went to buy a replacement belt from AutoZone and it fixed the chirping. My car doesn't have the squeaking noise anymore.

Hard to tell. Sounds like a pulley to me, but our ls's and known to be noises engines so it's hard to tell if that's a lifter or not.
