Default 99 Z28 best approach to disable fuel system

I have a 99 Camaro Z28 that essentially sits in storage for long periods of time. Id like to figure out the best way to disable the fuel system, allowing me to crank the engine without it starting to circulate oil and so on. Thought the fuel system would be the best way to go. Any other ideas of how to get the car to turn over without starting would be appreciated although Im not wanting to have unburnt fuel dumped into the engine in the process, which is why Im leaning toward disabling the fuel system.

Pull the relay for the fuel pump and unplug the coil packs. The fuel pump relay is the box behind the driver side headlight. Crank the engine over until you see the oil pressure gauge climb.
