this is my first time posting. that being said i have a 99 v6 camaro that gave me the code p1404 egr valve is staying closed. so i grabbed my multimeter and was testing the voltage. i turn the key to the on position, i get 12v on the egr plug when it is unplugged, but as soon as i plug it into the egr valve the 12v disappears. here is a video i took just a little while ago. any tips on what the problem could be would be greatly appreciated.
