'99 Z28 keyless entry issue

'99 Z28 keyless entry issue Hello everyone, new registered user here.
I bought last year a used '99 Z28, european specs. The last owner installed a Sigma S30 alarm 4 years ago, that comes with 2 new key fobs.

The issue I'm having is that key fob doesn't unlock doors (well, it will sometimes), but locking works everytime.
- The driver side door lock button works has intended, no sign of defective actuators.
- The manufacturer told me it would be an electrical problem, but can't confirm as they're in England and me in France; and there is no dealer here.
So I'm kind of stuck right now.
Anyone having an advice?
