Default Z28 needed to be pointed in the right direction

Hello, I guess this can be considered hypothetical idea as I do not own the vehicle yet.
But this hypothetical vehicles in a :
1978 Z28 that has no motor or Trans, it also has been setting in the garage for the last 25 years.
What does it have?
Heavy duty frame connects, a 12 bolt rear end, and 4.56 gears
Use?
Wishful hopes of a daily driver that can still put down some numbers at the strip.
Dream?
I am thinking a 5.3, stock bottom end, ls3 cam, ls2 heads, magnaflow exhaust (like the tonality), 70mm turbo .96 ar at 6psi
Tranny?
I think a 6l80e since the 4.56 gears
Traction?
15” sub that weighs 100, guessing the box for it 250ish pounds, and 3-Northstar group 31 batteries about 230 pounds which will all be positioned around the rearend.
Stopping?
I think I read somewhere rear disk can be taken from caddies, but since were being hypothetical one day full wildwood disk brakes
Suspension?
Some decent shocks, nothing special the car only has 79k real miles on it
6psi = low to mid 4xx hp
Profit?

Dream wheels:
In 17” or 18” *changed*

In terms of the drivetrain setup, I wouldn't do a 6L80E with a 4.56 gear. 4.56 works well for an aggressive drag strip launch with the typical TH350 or TH400 trans, but those use a 1st gear ratio of 2.52:1 or 2.48:1. The 6L80E uses a first gear ratio of 4.027:1 which, with 4.56s, makes first gear effectively 18.36 - way too much for any hope of traction on the street or even track without some serious tires and suspension work - especially with the sort of power you plan to make. I'd step back to something in the area of a 3.23-3.55 or so gear at most, using that trans.

Or you could go with a 4L80E, which is really just a TH400 with an overdrive, and then you'd have the same 1st gear ratio as the TH400 (2.48:1) giving you a more launch-friendly effective 1st gear of 11.31 (using the 4.56s) while still having an overdrive.

Lastly, and this is totally subjective, there are no words to describe how much I dislike those wheels. Haha. Just my opinion though.

That makes sense with the drivetrain, sorry I am very nooby to cars. I also want overdrive, as it will be a daily driver and I was told with the 4.56 gears cruising at say 60ish I would be up there in the RPM's if I didn't get atleast a 5 speed. Obviously I don't expect to get good gas milage, but I would like to get what I can. I thought of doing a T56, but traffic in my area can strike every nerve and a T56 isnt budget friendly.

Only time I ran 4.56's on the street was in a 4X4 K5 on 38's ...no OD trans....LOL

HATE those wheels, at least the color anyway....

Since it's mostly a DD.... mid-3.XX gears and an OD trans will work fine.

**And adding all those batteries, a sub, ETC.....AND want decent numbers at the track....Whats decent numbers to you ? May be better off selling the Camaro and getting a SUV then slam it ?

high 11's on the quarter is what I would consider decent numbers, that would be when the turbo is at around 12 psi.

So If I went 3.55 gears which tranny would be better the 4l80 or 6l80 and if so how built does it need to be?
